What can I expect at Trans Makeover?

At Trans Makeover, you’ll find an inviting and accepting environment where you can freely express and explore your identity.

What services are included in a Trans Makeover?
Our Trans Makeover packages include personalized styling, makeup, wardrobe. Three unique looks and a professional photoshoot to capture your transformations. We cater to your unique style and preferences, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

What hygiene practices are in place at Trans Makeover?

We uphold stringent hygiene practices at Trans Makeover. Our standard procedures include using UV-C disinfection devices and UV-C HEPA-13 air purifiers. All used items and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Single-use items such as makeup sponges and lashes are yours to keep post-makeover. Clothing, wigs, shoes, and jewelry are cleaned after each session, as are our makeup tools. Our workspace is kept immaculate, with furniture regularly steam cleaned.

Am I allowed to bring my own clothes?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring along any clothing items you would like to wear.

How much time does a makeover take?

A complete makeover experience with 3 looks typically lasts around 3 to 4 hours.

Will you remove my makeup afterward?

If you wish, we can help remove your makeup before you leave. If you prefer to keep your new look for a while longer, we are happy to offer advice on makeup removal for later.

Who owns the photos and videos from the session?

All retouched photos nand videos  from the session are yours to keep and use as you please. We ask that you retain our watermark and tag us when possible. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, so we will never distribute your photos without your explicit consent.

Where is the photoshoot conducted?

The photoshoot can be held indoors at our studio, offering complete privacy. Alternatively, if you’re comfortable, we can have the photoshoot outdoors.

Where is Trans Makeover located?

Trans Makeover is located near Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.

What languages do you speak?

We are bilingual, fluent in both Dutch and English.

How many photos and videos will I receive?

You will receive 12-20 photos and 3 videos.

How long will it take before I receive them?

After approximately two weeks, you will receive the photos and videos.

Is it recommended to shave my facial hair?

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

At Trans Makeover, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. This includes providing a variety of payment options for our services. Here is a list of payment methods we currently accept via Mollie:

1. Credit Cards / Debit Cards: This method is ideal for clients worldwide, as we accept most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
2. Apple Pay: For those who prefer a digital wallet and contactless payment option, we accept Apple Pay. This method is convenient for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users.
3. iDEAL: A preferred online payment method in the Netherlands, allowing direct online transfers from your bank account.
4. Bancontact: The market leader in electronic payment systems in Belgium.
5. KBC/CBC Payment Button: A popular payment method for KBC and CBC Bank customers in Belgium.
6. Belfius Direct Net: A direct payment solution for customers of Belfius Bank in Belgium.
7. Giropay: An Internet payment system widely used in Germany, based on online banking.
8. EPS: An Austrian online transfer system, making it one of the most popular payment methods in Austria.
9. SEPA Transfer: This is an option for clients in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), facilitating euro bank transfers between 36 participating European countries.
10. Paypal (Upon Request): We accept PayPal payments upon request. Do note there may be additional fees associated with this method.

Is the Trans Makeover experience suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your first time exploring your gender expression or you’re experienced, we customize the makeover to suit your level of comfort and knowledge.

Do I need to bring my own clothes and makeup, or is everything provided?
We provide a full range of makeup and wardrobe options during the makeover. However, if you have specific items you’d like to wear or products you prefer, feel free to bring them along.

Is the makeover session private and confidential?
Yes, we prioritize your privacy and ensure a safe, supportive environment. All sessions are conducted in a private studio, and your personal information is kept strictly confidential.

Can I customize the makeover to fit my personal style?
Of course! Our makeovers are fully customizable. We take time to understand your vision and offer personalized advice to create a look that aligns with your unique style.

What if I am not sure about my gender expression or style?
That’s perfectly okay! Our team is here to guide and support you through your exploration of gender expression. We can help you experiment with different looks to find what feels right for you.

 Are there any age restrictions for a Trans Makeover?
We offer makeovers to adults of all ages. For clients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to book a session.

How do I book a makeover session?
You can book a session through our website, www.transmakeover.com, or contact us directly via email. We’ll be happy to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment.

Do you offer makeup tutorials during the makeover?
No, but we can give some pointers and if you’d like to learn how to recreate the look on your own, we can guide you through the steps during a Trans Academy coaching day.  With a Transgender Makeover service for individuals in transition we do one look and makeup and styling guidance.

Can I bring a friend or family member for support?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a trusted friend or family member to your session. We understand how important support can be, and we encourage you to feel comfortable during the process.

Do you offer services for non-binary or gender-nonconforming individuals?
Absolutely! Our Trans Makeover services are inclusive of all gender identities, including non-binary and gender-nonconforming individuals. We’ll work with you to express your identity in a way that feels authentic and affirming.

Can I get assistance with wigs and hair styling during the makeover?
Yes, we provide wig styling as part of the makeover. If you have a wig or hairpiece you’d like to use, feel free to bring it along. We also have selection of over fifthy wigs available, and we can assist with hairstyling if needed.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Depending on our policy, there may be a small rescheduling fee.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires notice within a specified time frame to receive a full or partial refund of your deposit. Please refer to the terms on our website for detailed information.

Are drinks and snacks included?

“Yes, after the first look and photoshoot, we take a break and offer a selection of snacks and drinks. If you have any dietary preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.”

Can you accommodate special requests or themed makeovers?
Yes! We love working on themed or specialized makeovers. If you have a specific look, character, or theme in mind, just let us know, and we’ll bring your vision to life.
